Other Sights at the Vancouver Art Book Fair
Other Sights exhibited at the annual Vancouver Art Book Fair held at Emily Carr University last weekend. Displaying print publications and artist editions, we were able to share with many the multitude of projects and public artworks produced over the years. It was a wonderful weekend of connecting and conversing with our community.

We had freshly made chocolate bars and gum from Hannah Jickling and Helen Reed of Big Rock Candy Mountain. The ‘Sour Vs. Sour’ chocolate bars, designed by the artists with a grade 3/4 class at Queen Alexandra Elementary and made at East Van Coffee Roasters, is a battle of adult and kid tastebuds. ‘Nerds’ candy on one side and dried sour cherries and candied lemon zest on the other, the two flavour palettes battle it out in a bed of organic 70% dark chocolate.
